- UV inks can be used with either version, but in rare cases bleeding heavy solids may cause curl on larger installs.So you may want to leave a small border - This is only subject to Heavy UV inks. Also turn your heat setting to low, 45C on all settings as excessive heat when printing can alter the adhesive. Test a printed sample before installing for 48hrs concerning UV inks. SImple check
that the adhesive is at the same strength from a printed piece to a non printed piece - UV/Die-Sub inks only!
- Eco-Solvent inks can fade outdoors over a shorter period of time, so we recommend using any liquid lamination or spray for longer durations. All the other inks have had good results from 12-18 months before ink fading or fraying. - not recommended for small cut-out letters using reverse tape.
